As of November 2026, the guide has 236 hardware stores across 43 suburbs, most of them in Burleigh Heads, Yatala and Molendinar. Of those, 135 have a website we check every day. The other 101 come from public records, with a phone number where one is published. A QBCC licence number verified against the Queensland register sits on six of them. Prices are published on their own site by four of them.
As of November 2026 the Gold Coast Business Guide lists 236 hardware stores across 43 suburbs, from Coolangatta to Coomera and the hinterland.
Burleigh Heads, Yatala and Molendinar have the most listed hardware stores. Every suburb with at least one is on this page.
A Queensland Building and Construction Commission licence number, matched against the public register, sits on 6 of the 236. The number appears on those listings.
Every day the guide checks each business it lists. A business comes off the guide only when there is clear sign it has closed, seen on two checks at least 7 days apart. A slow or briefly down website never removes it. Of the 236, 135 have a website that is checked daily.
Prices are published on their own website by 4 of them, marked Prices online on this page.
Listing is free and takes about two minutes at https://goldcoastbusinessguide.com.au/add/ with no account. If your business is already here, open its page and click This is my business to claim it; claimed listings appear first in search.
